RETURNS POLICY

We at uncommon.social, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
We understand you cannot try garments on prior to your online 
purchase, so if you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund on FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY within 7 days of receiving your order.

We aim to despatch your order out to you within 24 hours. Please allow extra time during peak season ie, Boxing Day and Black Friday sales.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund the item(s) must meet the below requirements:

  • Email info@uncommonsocial.com.au with your order # within 7 days of receiving your order, if not, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Garments must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
  • We must receive your item(s) back within 7 business days of you contacting us regarding the return.
  • Must not have been purchased on SALE.
  • Any garments received crushed, have bad odour, fake tan or makeup marks etc, will not be accepted for a return and it will be sent back to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Please email info@uncommonsocial.com.au and reference your name, order #, item(s) you wish to exchange/ refund and your reason. We will then provide you of the return's address. Please write your order # on the outside of your returns parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you purchase tracking for your parcel. uncommon.social is not liable for any missing return parcels. This is the sole responsibility of the customer and all issues need to be followed up with your postage service/ courier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. 

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the funds to be refunded back to your original payment method.

uncommon.social reserves the right to reject a return if it is not within the above return requirements.

By placing an order with uncommon.social, you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.

CUSTOM ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: PREPAYMENT is required when placing a custom order.
If a product has sold out in your size and colour, we can do our best to place a custom order for you. Please email info@uncommonsocial.com.au and provide details of the style, colour and size you are after. We will then contact our supplier to see if the product is available. If the product is available, we will add your size to the website where you will need to place your order within 24 hours of confirmation that our supplier has it in stock. Once you have placed your order on our website and we have received the item from our supplier, it will be posted out to you ASAP and a shipping notification will be emailed to you with your tracking details.

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order with a pre - ordered item, we will happily despatch the other item(s) that are in stock from the order ASAP. The ETA delivery is an estimate (give or take 2 weeks) as we cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery. We provide you with the closest ETA advised from our supplier. Once we have received the item from our supplier, it will be posted out to you ASAP and a shipping notification will be emailed to you with your tracking details.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a full priced item, we cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange your item(s) as we only carry a limited amount of inventory. uncommon.social will cover the shipping cost of your 1st exchange, anything after this will be the customer's responsibility and a $10 flat rate will need to be paid for.

PROMOTIONS

Throughout the year, we may have different promotions. During this time, if you have purchased a full priced item with a promotional discount, it is still classified as a full priced item on a temporary promotion and you are eligible for an exchange or refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. In the case of a faulty item, we will replace the garment and cover the costs of return postage. If there is no inventory to replace the garment, we will refund you the cost of the item and return postage cost in full. If an item is faulty, please email info@uncommonsocial.com.au immediately and the item must be returned within 7 days of fault to be eligible for a replacement.

BLACK FRIDAY & BOXING DAY SALES

These are our 2 biggest sale events of the year, so any items purchased during these sale periods, is the FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, so please choose carefully.
